In our efforts to streamline business processes and minimize the number of email notifications and reminders, the Corporate Payroll Services team will discontinue the individual email notifications regarding unapproved time cards.  This process will be implemented on October 3, 2016 for the biweekly pay period ending October 2, 2016.

Duke University and Duke University Health System have designated the severe weather timeframe for the period noted below:

Monday, February 15, 2016, 7:00am through 5:00pm 

In accordance with the severe weather policy, all hourly paid staff in positions classified as essential service who worked on site during the designated period will receive severe weather premium for the entire shift.
