Quick Link for Approving Electronic Time Cards

Supervisors can now approve time cards by using a direct link from the My Info tab.  The Quick Link is located next to the My Team icon on the My Info page.

On-line Videos to assist with Educating New Employees and Approvers

Revised Leave of Absence Form

Based upon customer feedback, Corporate Payroll Services has two significant changes to the Payroll Leave of Absence Form.  The form is now in an Excel format.  Excel allows drop-down selections to be used for several data fields and allows instructions to be imbedded within the form.

Federal Tax Changes Effective January 1, 2011

January 10, 2011

As a result of recent regulatory changes effective January 1, 2011, federal tax changes have been programmed and will be reflected in the pay calculations for the new year. Biweekly employees will see these changes on their pay statements dated January 14, 2011. Monthly employees will see these changes on their pay statements dated January 25, 2011. In addition, all checks dated on or after January 1, 2011 included these calculations.
