This form is used to add, change, or remove a Time and Attendance editor's or approver's access to Time and Attendance.
Use this form to submit changes for badge updates, FMLA dates for Time and Attendance, lunch period changes, new department/cost center updates, or prior period timecards.
Staffing & Scheduling
Use the Coverage Set spreadsheet to determine how to complete your staffing template in ActiveStaffer. For each hour of the day, enter in the number of people will be working, as well as the total hours worked. Look in the column that matches your coverage set to see how many employees you need for each coverage period.
