Submitting a Payroll Incident Management Request

On October 15, 2024, Corporate Payroll Services will launch an incident management system that will allow them to respond more effectively and efficiently to questions and other requests for information. The system will also enable Corporate Payroll to track incoming requests better and proactively make information and resources available to the Duke community and those external to Duke, including former employees who require assistance.  

Current Duke Employees 

  • Submit a service request here.  
    • Review this guide for information on submitting a ticket. 
  • Corporate Payroll will respond to tickets within two business days of receipt.
  • Corporate Payroll will respond to questions and requests via email from Duke Compliance Services, with Payroll Request Summary as the subject. For additional information, review steps 14 and 15 of the guide.  

Former Duke Employees and Others External to Duke

  • Submit a help ticket here.   
    • Review this guide for information on submitting a ticket. 
  • Corporate Payroll will respond to tickets within two business days of receipt.
  • Corporate Payroll will respond to questions and requests via an email from payroll.duke.edu.
