Directions for physical delivery of gifts:
In response to COVID-19, both Alumni & Development Records and University Cashiering remain closed to outside visitors. Gifts can be physically delivered by using one of the following two options for secure drop-off:
Drop Safe in Bryan Center
Sealed deposit bags may be placed in the drop safe located on the lower level of the Bryan Center next to the Post Office. This area is under camera surveillance. For each deposit, please complete the log on the counter next to the drop safe. Items left here will be delivered to University Cashiering for processing.
Entrance to University Cashiering (Bay 8, Smith Building)
Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, deposits may be taken to the entrance of University Cashiering in Bay 8 of Smith Building. Place your deposit in the tray outside of Cashiering and knock on the door. A staff member will come to retrieve the deposit after you depart. No other regular service or over-the-counter service will be available - this option is for deposit drops only. If you need to arrange a transaction other than deposit drop-off, please e-mail cashier@duke.edu to make arrangements.
You will need your DukeCard to enter either the Bryan Center or Smith Building.
Where possible, please encourage donors to mail their gifts directly to Alumni & Development Records at Duke University, Box 90581, Durham, NC 27708 or give by credit card at www.gifts.duke.edu.
