Calendar Year-End Deadlines

With the approach of the end of the calendar year, please see table below for calendar year 2024 gift and pledge processing deadlines. Deadlines vary depending on both the type of gift and how the gift is delivered to Duke.  if there are questions about these deadlines, please contact ADR by email at adrecords@duke.edu or by phone at (919) 684-2338.

Calendar year 2024 gifts and pledges delivered by these deadlines will be recorded and posted in DADD by the close of business on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at which time we will stop processing for calendar year 2024. We will begin processing for calendar year 2025 on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

Reminders

• November pledge reminders will be sent out during the first week of November.
• Both ADR and University Cashiering are closed on December 31, but donors can call ADR at (919) 684-2338 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) on December 31 to make a credit card gift.
• Last minute gifts may be made online up until 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on December 31 at www.gifts.duke.edu.
