Cost per Square Feet

FY 23/24 Budget

The cost per square foot is provided for Duke University and Health System owned and leased buildings where a budget has been established. Assignable square footage information, space assigned to a department, school, or entity, is obtained from Plant Accounting's space assignment system (Web Central). Building costs include the maintenance & operating expenses with environmental services (housekeeping) reported separately for clinical space in Duke North and Duke South.
