Gift and Pledge Deadlines for Fiscal Year 2025

FISCAL Year-End Deadlines

With the approach of the end of the fiscal year, please see table below for fiscal year 2025 gift and pledge processing deadlines. Deadlines vary depending on both the type of gift and how the gift is delivered to Duke. Fiscal year 2025 gifts and pledges delivered by these deadlines will be recorded and posted in DADD by the close of business on Monday, July 7, 2025, at which time we will stop processing for fiscal year 2025. We will begin processing for fiscal year 2026 on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

Reminders

May pledge reminders will be sent out during the first week of May.
Both ADR and University Cashiering are closed on July 4.
Last minute gifts may be made online up until 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on June 30 at www.gifts.duke.edu.
