Delivering Supplies to Duke University Hospital
Dock Operations, a new department within Supply Chain at Duke University Hospital (DUH), has launched updated processes for delivering supplies. To ensure timely delivery of supplies, companies are required* to schedule appointments for delivery with Dock Operations through Opendock.
Please register with Opendock to begin the appointment process. For additional guidance on navigating Opendock, see the FAQ list below.
Please note, if there are no appointments available during your preferred time, do not attempt to park during this invalid time. You must choose an appointment time on Opendock that is open. For questions, please contact the Hospital Dock Coordinator, Tarek Storie, at 919-452-1925.
*This requirement currently only applies to deliveries for the following locations at Duke University Hospital:

The Searle Center
For deliveries to North Pavilion, Duke South, Duke Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Duke Eye Center, please follow previously established delivery guidelines.
