When a student withdraws from the university or is withdrawn by the university, tuition may be adjusted based on the official date of withdrawal. This policy does not apply to summer sessions.
- Mandatory fees are non-refundable once classes begin.
- If the tuition adjustment results in a credit balance, the student or parent may choose to:
- Request a refund, or
- Apply the balance to a future term.
Military Tuition Assistance
If a student receiving military tuition assistance withdraws, any awarded funds will be refunded to the U.S. government in accordance with the federal Title IV financial aid adjustment schedule.
Special Circumstances
In the event of a student's death or a call to active duty in the armed services, a full tuition refund for the current semester will be granted, regardless of the program or withdrawal date.
