Billing Schedule
Fall bills will be available on June, 24, 2024 via DukeHub and are due August 1, 2024. Spring 2025 bills will be prepared on November 25, 2024 and will be due the fourth business day in January 2025. You will receive an email when these are available on DukeHub.

Bills for your student account are prepared by the Bursar's office on a regular basis (schedule below) and made available to you electronically on DukeHub. All bills are delivered to you electronically - you will not receive a copy via US mail.
A copy of each bill will be sent to you via your Duke e-mail account each time a new e-bill is posted to DukeHub. In addition, anyone to whom you have given Proxy Access to view your bills on DukeHub will be carbon copied on the billing emails when they are sent to you.
You may access instructions for granting proxy and registering a proxy account on the SISS Office website under the Student and Proxies sections.

Financial Aid on Your Bill
Please complete the financial aid application process before the due date for fall bills. Financial aid awards will appear as anticipated aid on your billing statement once you have accepted your awards. Your billing statement will include anticipated financial aid transactions when calculating the amount you need to pay.
Financial aid is credited to your account shortly before the start of each term. Disbursement of your awards will occur once you have completed all required applications and provided all required documentation and information. You may check the status of your financial aid award on DukeHub.
