SAP Extended Maintenance Window

SAP will undergo an extended downtime period for scheduled maintenance from Friday, May 19 at 4:00 p.m. until Sunday, May 21 at noon. During this maintenance windows, users will not be able to access SAP via either the Duke@Work portal or the SAPGui desktop client – including Business Warehouse.

The SAP maintenance to be performed is technical in nature and will not impact SAP functionality, performance or user experience after the maintenance window is completed. Back-end SAP processes to support Web giving and the Alumni Network will remain available during the downtime window.

All SAPGui desktop clients must be updated to the most recent version (7.40p12). The update is available at https://software.duke.edu and includes updates required to use SAPGui after the May 19-21 maintenance window as well as required security patches.
