This document guides managers in assigning and viewing an RAA certification in the LMS.  As a reminder, the RAA Onboarding Certification and RAA Industry Onboarding Certifications are open.  All other RAA Certifications cannot be opened in the LMS until the associated Onboarding Certification is complete.
