McAndrew reports to Rachel Satterfield, Duke's vice president for Finance and Treasurer, and has oversight responsibility for Corporate Cash Management, Electronic Commerce, and Post Award Financial Management.
Previously, McAndrew was the Associate Vice President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer at American University responsible for overseeing treasury operations, procurement and contracts, student account services, and corporate real estate operations.
Prior to her time at American, McAndrew worked at Duke in Treasury and Cash Management serving as the Senior Director for Treasury Operations from 2000-2009.
McAndrew holds a master’s degree in accounting from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
