Cardholder Training

Duke Corporate Card Services' Department offers the New Cardholder Training via Zoom. Registration is not required to attend. However, please join the meeting a few minutes prior to the start time as attendance will be taken.

Zoom is available for Duke University and Duke Health System faculty and staff. For information about the ZOOM application, visit the Office of Information Technology's website at https://oit.duke.edu.

To access and log into Zoom, type into your web browser: https://duke.zoom.us. Use the "Sign in with SSO" to log in with your Duke NetID. When prompted to "Join" a meeting, you will need to copy and paste the Meeting ID for the session you plan to attend.

To fulfill the training requirement and to obtain a New Duke Corporate Card, you will need to enable your video, provide your name and attend the full session. If you have any questions about the training, please contact Card Services at CorporateCard@Duke.edu.
