Space Consolidation and Department Relocations
Space consolidation and department relocations are happening in Financial Services on the American Tobacco Campus (ATC). These changes will result in significant savings to the University. Over the next couple of months, several changes will be made in department locations:
Plant Accounting is moving downstairs from its current location in Bay 8 suite 850 to Bay 10 suite 1000 to make room for Auxiliary Finance Office (AFO) and the Controller’s Division.
Controller’s Division departments (External Financial Reporting, Accounting Systems Administration, and Corporate Tax Reporting) are moving to Bay 8 suite 850 where they will be located together in the space vacated by Plant Accounting. This will allow suite 920 to be sublet, with significant cost savings for the University.
Auxiliary Finance Office is moving from West Union to ATC, joining the rest of the Budget and Cost Allocations Division in Bay 8 suite 850.
Employee Travel and Reimbursements is moving to suite 800, joining other Disbursement Services departments.
