Revised Closing Schedule For Pay Period 14-15

In support of the designated holiday for Independence Day, we have changed the Time and Attendance and Electronic Time Card closing schedules for the biweekly pay period ending June 28, 2015 (Pay Period 14). The revised schedules are included below.  As a result, we will need your assistance with meeting these critical deadlines. 

Time and Attendance users may access their time card at their convenience (24 hours a day seven days per week). 

Electronic time card users may access at their time card at their convenience (24 hours per day seven days per week). 

Biweekly Time and Attendance and Electronic Time Card Lockdown:

• Monday, June 29, 2015 10:00am  employee lockdown
• Tuesday, June 30, 2015 10:00am  system lockdown

Biweekly Gross Adjustment/Paper Time Card Deadlines:

• Friday, June 26, 2015, 5:00pm - Prior Period Gross Adjustments and Prior Period Paper Time Cards
• Tuesday, June 30, 2015, 12:00pm noon - Current Pay Period Gross Adjustments and Paper Time Cards

Monthly Time And Attendance Deadlines:

• DUHS monthly employee time card lockdown will be Wednesday, July 2, 2015 at 10:00am

Please note this is adjustment in schedules is for gross adjustments and manual/paper time cards only. The normal schedule will resume in conjunction with pay period 15-15.
