Payroll Customer Service Enhancements

As we continue to look at better ways to service our customers, Corporate Payroll Services has implemented additional changes to increase efficiency and ease of process.

In an effort to better serve our growing international community, Corporate Payroll Services has coordinated with Visa Services to offer additional assistance to our foreign colleagues. Effective April 20, 2011, Corporate Payroll Services will have staff members available in Visa Services to assist with any payroll related matters that individuals may have. Corporate Payroll Services will be there every Wednesday during the hours of 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This service will be re-evaluated after 90 days to determine efficiency of this enhancement.

The iForms employee data sheet has been updated to indicate if an employee is receiving a live check or has direct deposit. This information can be found in the Payment Method box on the iForm data sheet.

The payroll drop box located at Duke North now has an afternoon pick up at 1:45 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as the morning pick up at 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
