Employee Travel and Reimbursement Automated Call Distribution System

Employee Travel & Reimbursement (ET&R) is pleased to announce that we are implementing an ACD (Automated Call Distribution) system effective Thursday, May 22, 2014 . This system will ensure that you always have an opportunity to speak with a member of our staff and eliminates the need for voice mail. Incoming calls are placed in a queue and are routed to the next available team member to ensure a prompt response.  As part of this conversion, the Employee Travel & Reimbursement department has been assigned a new department phone number effective May 22, 2014 which will be 919-668-3877 (919-668-ETRR).
