2017 Electronic W-2 Form

Duke University has issued an electronic version of your 2017 W-2 form. You may access the electronic W-2 form using the link included below. If you encounter any issues with this link, you may log in to Duke@Work, click on the MyInfo tab, then MyPay, click on the W-2 link. The form may be printed from this link as well. If you encounter any issues, you may email the Corporate Payroll Services inbox at payroll@duke.edu

The electronic versions of the 2011 - 2016 W-2 forms will continue to be available as well.

As a reminder, in support of our security initiatives, accessing the W-2 form requires recording the last four digits of your social security number.

For those employees who elected to continue receiving paper W-2 forms, the printed W-2 forms will be distributed to Department Payroll Representatives for biweekly and monthly employees on January 23, 2018.

If you do not have a toolbar above your displayed W-2, select F8 to display the print and save toolbar.
