Accessing Giving Records and History
Donors can access selected giving details through either The Duke Alumni Network website or the My Giving to Duke website.
Duke Alumni Network
Alumni can access giving details through the Duke Alumni Network website: https://alumni.duke.edu/. Individuals who are having trouble accessing the Duke Alumni Network website should contact Duke Alumni customer service at help@daa.duke.edu or 919-684-5114 for help.
Students may access the site by first opting into the Alumni Network on Duke Hub. Then, students can go to https://alumni.duke.edu/ and sign in to the Alumni Network by clicking the green button in the top right-hand corner and using their NetID credentials.
Faculty and staff may request access to the site by completing the staff access request form. Requests for access are reviewed on a case-by-case, weekly basis. Faculty and staff who apply for access will be notified of their status within 14 days of applying.
My Giving to Duke
Donors can access the My Giving to Duke website at: https://my.giving.duke.edu/. The website provides options to:
- Review a 5-year giving history
- Obtain receipts for specific gifts
- Print calendar-year summaries
- Update contact information
Access to this website requires a Duke OneLink ID. A donor can check for an existing OneLink account or register for OneLink here: https://accounts.oit.duke.edu/onelink/.
