This site provides payroll information and resources for Duke University and Duke University Health System employees and students. Corporate Payroll Services operates a customer service center which provides the following services: issuing payments for salaries and corresponding benefits, as well as voluntary and involuntary deductions; fellowship and scholarship payments to Duke students; distributing annual tax forms, IRS Forms W-2, 1042S and 1099 forms; providing wage verification requests for mortgage companies or governmental agencies; and offering training for departmental payroll representatives, human resources managers, and business managers.

Free visitor parking is available at 705 Broad Street on the Perry Street side of the building.

> Transportation Options

Route H-5 - Mill Building Shuttle travels between 705 Broad Street, the Mill Building, Wachovia building, West Quadrangle, Hospital South (main entrance), Hospital North (main entrance), and Hock Plaza.

The Bull City Connector is a fare-free, hybrid-electric bus service that connects downtown Durham with the Duke University campus and medical facilities. This also includes a stop at Whole Food which is within walking distance of the Broad Street building.
