Student Account Bills

Tuition and fees are due before the start of each term:

Spring

Fall
   First business day in August
Summer

Bills for your student account are prepared by the Bursar’s office on a regular basis (schedule below) and made available to you electronically on ACES.  You will receive an e-mail each time a new e-bill is ready for you to review on ACES.

Graduate & Professional program students: 

All bills are delivered to you electronically on ACES – you will not receive a copy via US mail.

Undergraduates: 

We are in the process of phasing out mailed bills beginning fall 2012:

  • If you are a new undergraduate enrolling in fall 2012, you will not receive a bill via US mail – your bills will be available to you electronically on ACES
  • If you are a continuing undergraduate who enrolled prior to the fall term, you will continue to receive a copy of your bill mailed to your home address* (in addition to having access to your electronic bill on ACES)

 *for continuing undergraduates who would like to opt-out of paper bills, an opportunity to make this selection will be  available and communicated to you in fall 2012

 

Financial Aid on Your Bill

Please complete the financial aid application process before the due date for fall bills.  Financial aid awards will appear as anticipated aid on your billing statement once you have accepted your awards. Your billing statement will include anticipated financial aid transactions when calculating the amount you need to pay.

Financial aid is credited to your account shortly before the start of each term. Disbursement of your awards will occur once you have completed all required applications and provided all required documentation and information. You may check the status of your financial aid award on ACES.
